Lisa Brown, the City of Roseville's Water Efficiency Administrator, has been awarded the 2011 Regional Water Authority's (RWA) Water Statesperson of the Year award. Brown, who represents the region on the California Urban Water Conservation Council and has advocated structural changes to that body to better reflect statewide perspectives, was honored for her diligence in advancing conservation efforts and elevating the region's profile at the statewide level.
