As part of Ford's continuing commitment to improvement, Ford conducted rigorous internal testing and solicited feedback through market research clinics to come up with the new features for MyFord Touch. All Future software upgrades will incorporate this internal and external feedback and continue to deliver improvements.

For instance, faster touch screen response time was a key request from owners. Initial testing of the upgrade shows that touch response is at least two times faster than the current system.
